The Wheel is located along Jefferson Street, between Powell 和 Mason streets. (It's official address is 2860 Taylor Street, for those using a GPS or taking a ride share.) Car parking is available at the adjacent lot, 和 there are many other lots 和 garages in the neighborhood.

General admission tickets may be used any day or time within 30 days of purchase. The gondolas are fully accessible for guests in wheelchairs or needing assistance.
